Our consultants approach every task as a project. We utilise a number of project management tools including Microsoft Project and processes developed by Kepner-Tregoe and others. Whether it is an environmental impact assessment, a community discussion, or a site investigation, every task is properly planned and executed.

Professional project management is essential to the successful outcome of any project, large or small, near or remote. IWP have trained personnel positioned strategically to liaise with our stakeholders and oversee the installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of every project we are involved in. Service and maintenance is important to us. Our quality systems ensure that service work is done on time and to a high international standard.

In cases where we are involved in the supply of equipment we employ our international installation team. They professionally oversee the installation and commissioning process. It is our preference to use our own fully trained and professional personnel to project manage this work. The key to system longevity is high quality installation engineering.
